The staff were attentive and went above and beyond. When the Shinkansen was canceled due to a typhoon warning, one of the receptionists helped us rearrange our stay and even accompanied us to the station to sort new tickets. I truly appreciate that kind of service! The room, a Superior Twin Room, was comfortable and had nice amenities like free toiletries and an electric kettle. We especially loved the cozy beds, perfect after long days exploring the city. A small downside was that the room felt a bit cramped, especially with two people and luggage. Overall, it’s a solid choice for Osaka.
