Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and welcoming.
The room felt cramped, especially with luggage. I was disappointed by the cleanliness. there was dust in the vents and unclean surfaces. Additionally, I found the laundry facilities to be frustrating, as guests monopolized the machines.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not
Modern tech amenities and impeccable cleanliness stood out during my stay. The hotel's location is top-notch, just a few minutes from the train station for quick travel.
The elevator could be improved during peak hours, causing slight delays in getting to the room. A few staff interactions felt a bit off, lacking the warmth seen elsewhere.

The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk from the train station, making trips so easy. It’s close to several local restaurants and shops, which added to the convenience. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond. When the Shinkansen was canceled due to a typhoon warning, one of the receptionists helped us rearrange our stay and even accompanied us to the station to sort new tickets. I truly appreciate that kind of service! The room, a Superior Twin Room, was comfortable and had nice amenities like free toiletries and an electric kettle. We especially loved the cozy beds, perfect after long days exploring the city. A small downside was that the room felt a bit cramped, especially with two people and luggage. Overall, it’s a solid choice for Osaka.
